Homestead Resources was established in 1983 to address the housing needs of individuals and families with low and moderate incomes throughout ten counties across northwestern Indiana. For nearly 42 years, Homestead Resources has provided housing counseling and financial education services to thousands of individuals and families in Tippecanoe, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Montgomery, Putnam, Warren, and White Counties. We also have served families across the state through specialized programming offerings. Homestead Resources is a HUD-certified Housing Counseling Agency offering education and counseling services to all homeowners and potential homeowners regardless of income.
