We are a nonprofit affordable housing developer in the Greater Lafayette community. We partner with seasoned experts to own and operate multi-family apartment communities serving vulnerable and underserved populations including seniors.
Historic Jeff Centre Senior Apartments
Opened in 2000 and provides affordable housing dedicated to serving seniors in our community.
- 11,000 square feet, including free parking for residents and their guests along with community amenities including exercise area, community great room and activity room
- Located at 619 North 9th Street, Lafayette, In 47904
- 74 apartmentS including 1- and 2- bedroom units
- Homestead Resources is the managing partner
- Stenz Property Management is onsite maintaining the building and serving residents
- Opened the facility in 2000 dedicated to seniors and maintains an occupancy rate of 99%
- Was formerly the home of Lafayette High School and Jefferson High School
Jeffersonian
New development that construction began in August 2024 and the project is expected to be completed in December 2025.

- 50 apartment units including 1- and 2- bedroom units
- Partnering with ALK Development, IHCDA, FHLBI and Old National Bank on the development and financing of the project
- Stenz Property Management will be maintaining the property and serving residents
